Join us for The Silent Pause Retreat, a journey into the profound revelations that silence can unveil. This weekend is dedicated to the practice of silence—a transformative experience where initial challenges such as mental wanderings, emotional turbulence, and physical discomfort give way to the discovery of the silent observer within. This observer, your true self, serves as a starting point for deeper connection to a greater Self, a universal consciousness.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be guided in meditation sessions designed to help you attain and deepen your experience of silence. The weekend includes reiki, a silent yoga practice, yoga nidra, inspirations for journaling, mandela and finger-labyrinth making, and culminates in a sharing circle where insights gained during the retreat can be shared and reflected upon. Your weekend includes use of massage chairs, infrared sauna, cold water immersion and lots of nourishing food.
