Step into a sacred container where silence becomes your guide. The Silent Pause Retreat invites you on a journey into the profound revelations that arise when the outer world quiets and the inner world awakens. This weekend is devoted to the practice of silence—a transformative passage where the initial resistance gives way to the gentle unveiling of the silent observer within. This observer, your true self, is the threshold to deeper communion with the greater Self and the universal consciousness that flows through all.

Throughout the retreat, Movement & Mindfulness educator Jenny Jackson will hold space for you with meditations that open the heart and still the mind. You will be supported through Reiki sessions, silent yoga, yoga nidra, and inspirations for journaling. Explore creative practices such as mandala and finger-labyrinth making, each a meditation in form, leading to clarity and insight. The weekend culminates in a sharing circle—a sacred space to reflect upon and honor the discoveries you’ve made in silence.

Your retreat experience also includes restorative touches for the body and spirit: massage chairs, infrared sauna, cold water immersion, and nourishing, soul-satisfying food.

Friday
4:00 pm ~ Arrival and settle in (*silence begins after Opening Session*)
5:30 pm ~ Dinner (not silent)
7:00 pm ~ Opening Session – Welcome & Introductions – Exploring ‘what is silence?’ Opening Meditation.
8:00 pm ~ Leisure and/or journaling
9:00 pm ~ Snack

Saturday 

7:30 am ~ Morning Meditation

8:00 am ~ Breakfast
9:30 am ~ Morning Session – Awareness and Acceptance Meditation
10:30 am ~ Silent Yin Yoga: Finding Stillness & Chakra Opening
12:30 pm ~ Lunch
1:30 pm ~ Leisure Time
3:00 pm ~ Snack Available
4:00 pm ~ Afternoon Session: Surrendering Meditation
6:00 pm ~ Dinner
7:30 pm ~ Group Reiki
8:30 pm ~ Release Meditation at Fire

Sunday

7:30 ~ Mindfulness Walk
8:00 am ~ Silent Breakfast
9:00 am ~ The Loving Pause Meditation
9:30 am ~ Closing Circle & Group Reflection (*the rest of the day NOT SILENT J)
11:00 am ~ Optional Breathwork and Cold plunge
11:30 am ~ Room Cleanup
12:00 am ~ Brunch
2:00 pm ~ Property Check-out
