Join Julie for a calming and heart-centered evening of meditation and sound healing designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. She begins with a gentle Guided Meditation practice—also known as “yogic sleep”—to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness.
Once fully settled, allow yourself to be immersed in the healing vibrations of a Sound Bath. Surrounded by the resonant tones of singing bowls and an array of other sacred instruments, you’ll be taken on a meditative journey that restores and rebalances your energetic body.
We’ll close the evening with a sharing circle, offering space for reflection, connection, and integration.

We have mats and blankets but you may want to bring your favourite blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable lying down for extended periods. We look forward to sharing this peaceful evening with you.
