About This Retreat
Join us at our Spring retreat to explore the chakra system, which represents different aspects of your body and life, and learn how to get back to feeling balanced and centered.
During the retreat, you’ll explore simple exercises like breathwork, mantra, yoga, meditations, and hands-on techniques to clear any stuck energy. These techniques are beginner-friendly and require no previous experience, making them easy to incorporate into your daily routine.
By the end of the retreat, you’ll feel more relaxed, connected, and ready to tackle daily life with a better sense of peace and energy. You’ll walk away with practical tools to maintain a smooth and balanced flow of energy every day.
Meet Erin:
Erin Malcolm is a dedicated and compassionate healer, bringing her expertise as a Reiki Master, Tarot Card Reader, and Intuitive to empower individuals on their journey toward holistic well-being and spiritual growth.
With her Reiki Master certification and a background in shamanic studies, Erin combines ancient healing modalities with intuitive insights to help her clients achieve balance, harmony, and restoration at the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Her gentle and nurturing, yet honest, approach creates a safe and supportive environment for people to explore what is limiting them in their lives. She is passionate about helping others tap into their own inner wisdom, overcome obstacles, and move forward with renewed purpose and confidence.
Itinerary
Friday
- 4:00 – check-in
- 5:00 – welcome cleanse & opening circle with introductions, intention setting, & mind-body connection.
- 6:15 – dinner
- 7:45 – chakra meditation with hands-on self-practice.
- 9:00 – snack
Saturday
- 7:30 – 8:30 breakfast
- 9:00 – the chakra system introduction
- 10:30 – yoga asana for the chakras
- 12:30 – lunch
- 1:30 – contemplative leisure
- 3:00 – breathwork & cold plunge
- 3:30 – snack
- 4:00 – chakra chanting and meditation
- 6:00 – dinner
- 7:30 – sound bowl healing & reiki treatment
Sunday
- 8:00 – leisurely breakfast and time for a walk
- 10:00 – yin yoga for the chakras
- 11:15 – closing circle with reflections & gratitude
- Noon – lunch
- 2:00 – leave property
In addition to the breathwork, chanting, meditation and yoga sessions, this retreat includes:
- 6 nourishing meals, afternoon & night snacks, and coffee & tea
- Shiatsu massage chair session, rock painting, infrared sauna session & snow-shoes
