Join us for a nourishing day of yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and reflection designed to help you slow down, listen deeply, and return to yourself.
As the fullness of summer unfolds, this retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters. Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, stillness, and self-inquiry, you’ll create space to recharge, restore, and reignite the light that already lives within you.
This is a day for self-connection, renewal, and coming home to yourself—grounded, radiant, and empowered.

Itinerary:
9 am – arrival with tea
9:30 – intention setting and radiant flow yoga
11:00 – creative soul session
Noon – plunge
12:30 – lunch
1:30 – restorative pause
2:30 – breathwork journey with mindfulness
3:30 – closing circle
More about Angie:
Angie has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for more than 15 years and brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work as a YYT-200 Instructor. She holds a Certificate in Applied Mindfulness Studies and has completed training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), deepening her understanding of how mindfulness can support well-being, resilience, and everyday life. After a rewarding career as an Advanced Care Paramedic, she now shares her passion for mindful living through retreats and wellness experiences that encourage participants to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate greater ease.
When she’s not leading practices, she is a proud mom to two teenagers, two rescue dogs, and one diabetic cat who keeps life interesting. A lover of creativity and nature, she writes with a local “Short Order Poetry” group and enjoys hiking, pickleball, scuba diving, gardening, and journaling. Her approach is practical, heartfelt, and infused with the belief that mindfulness can be woven into the ordinary moments of daily life, helping us meet ourselves and the world with greater awareness, kindness, and joy.
